CANCELLATION POLICY
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any cancellations, no-shows, or same-day reschedule requests will result in a charge of 50% of the total service(s) booked. LATE POLICY: I offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you’re running late, please notify me as soon as possible. Each appointment is thoughtfully planned to allow ample time for you to fully enjoy your service. Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment to accommodate the next client. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to tardiness, you will be responsible for paying the full cost of the scheduled service.
